For the future, we will be more selective in creating new pages. Pages will be created to support new travel products, new adventures and new locations. New pages will be more in depth on their subjects, providing our guests with a more engaging experience. Many of our current pages will be re-visited as well so we can build out more great content. Our aim is to ensure all of our guests have a great trip and discover new favorite hotels, places and experiences.

We have also begun working on a guest portal to better manage various benefit programs. After a trial of our "no BS" loyalty program, we plan to roll it out to all of our guests in the near future. Favorite Hotels Collection should become not only the first place you think of when booking your next trip, but also the first place you mention when recommending a travel site to others.

So today we start yet another chapter on this journey together. We are blessed to have so many great guests and partners. We look forward to serving you now and in the future.
