New Orleans is one of the most fascinating cities in the world. There is no city that has a more unique culture in the United States than New Orleans. Steeped in a history of influences from Europe, the Caribbean, Africa and beyond, it's home to a truly unique melting pot of culture, food and music.

It seems that whenever you go to New Orleans there is always a festival of some sort going on. New Orleans has to be the "festival capital of the world." There are literally dozens of festivals that celebrate the unique food, music and multicultural heritage all year-long. That's why they say "festival season in New Orleans is underway, y'all!"

This city has made remarkable progress in coming back from hurricane Katrina. Its late night jazz clubs, historic neighborhoods and festivals are more alive than ever. The damage in the tourist districts were relatively light compared to the outlying areas. Compliments to the many people and organizations who have put forth a valiant effort to reclaim this city with all its charm and culture that we have come to expect.

  • Aquariums

Oceans cover 71% of the Earth’s surface, and we’ve only explored about 5% of it. That leaves so much of the Earth that we know nothing about. Not everyone can dive right into the water to look at the ocean life, so why not do the next best thing? Aquariums give us a window into a whole other world. Most locations around the world have aquariums; some larger than others.

  • Snowmobiling

Snowmobiling began to take off in the 1950's as lightweight design emerged. At first, snowmobiling was a topic of dispute, because snowmobilers like to take advantage of the flexibility of their machines to travel off-road, thereby disrupting otherwise pristine environments. Others objected to snowmobilers because their machines were noisy and polluted the environment.
