The Favorite Hotels Collection Vacation Giveaway is a sweepstakes offered by the Favorite Hotels Collection and one of six (6) resorts in the Elite Islands Resort portfolio, located at 1065 SW 30th Avenue, Deerfield Beach, Florida, 33442.
Those resorts include: The Verandah Resort and Spa - Antigua, St. James's Club & Villas - Antigua, Galley Bay Resort & Spa - Antigua, Palm Island Resort - The Grenadines, St. James's Club Morgan Bay - Saint Lucia and Los Establos, Panama.
The Favorite Hotels Collection is a dba of Internet Revenue Specialists, located at 3564 Avalon Park Blvd., Orlando, Florida 32828. Elite Island Resorts provides fulfillment for the Favorite Hotels Collection Vacation Giveaways to the Caribbean Islands.
The purpose of the sweepstakes is to promote the one of six (6) resorts as a provider of accommodations for the family vacationer to The Caribbean. The sweepstakes is open to all persons 18 years and older who meet all residency requirements.
By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all of the contest rules and regulations. The sweepstakes is in no way affiliated with a time share solicitation. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
This contest is governed by these "Official Rules". By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the contest, as determined by the Favorite Hotels Collection and its agents, are final in all respects. The contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Favorite Hotels Collection reserves the right to adjust or shut down the contest at any time.
The sweepstakes will feature one of six (6) resorts in the Elite Island Resorts portfolio and be offered on a 30 day continuous basis. Each sweepstakes will begin at 12:01am EST and run for 30 days and end on 11:59pm EST the 30th day. An entry form is available through one of four sources:

Limit one entry form per individual. All required fields must be complete in order to successfully enter the sweepstakes. Upon successfully registering, entrant will receive an email confirming your registration.
The prize winner will be selected from a random drawing of all qualified entries. The drawing will be conducted electronically by an independent firm within 72 hours of the conclusion of the sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by telephone or email address on the entry form.
The prize will be awarded in the form of a certificate from the Elite Island Resorts. The certificate must be redeemed directly with Elite Island Resorts, telephone (866) 611-5081, attention reservations. The certificate is subject to all stated policies of Elite Island Resorts and subject to blackout dates, availability controls, and seasonal surcharges. Any and all other considerations must be made directly with Elite Island Resorts. The winning certificate has no cash value and may be exchangeable with other properties in the Elite Island Resorts portfolio.

If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the sweepstakes administrator within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.
The laws of the United States govern this sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This sweepstakes is not to be used in connection with any form of gambling. The prize winner is responsible for all state and federal income taxes and all other fees and surcharges of whatever kind, including, but not limited to shipping of prizes, applicable to his or her prize.
Except where legally prohibited, the prize winner grants permission for The Favorite Hotels Collection, and their advertising and promotional agencies, and those acting under the authority of each, the right to use the prize winner's name and/or likeness in perpetuity for advertising and/or promotional purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the world wide web, without notice, review, approval, or additional compensation.
Delivery and use of the prize is subject to the prize winner's completion of all documentation required by law or otherwise required by The Favorite Hotels Collection.
By entering this sweepstakes and/or using any prize, entrant agrees: (1) to release The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, paid consultants to The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resort, their respective owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, agents, and assigns from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in this raffle or with acceptance and use of any prize; (2) to receive phone, email and mail solicitation from The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, and paid consultants to The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, even if otherwise listed on a do-not-call list or other similar list; and (3) to be bound by these rules and any decisions of The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, and paid consultants to The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, relating to participation in the sweepstakes, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final.
Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Favorite Hotels Collection has the right to investigate possible cheating or tampering before determining a winner.
If the conduct or outcome of the sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, or paid consultants to The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, reserve the exclusive right to terminate this sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as it deems appropriate.
The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, or paid consultants to The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, postage due, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entry applications, which will be disqualified and destroyed. The authorized account holder of the email address used when entering will be deemed to be the entrant. All entries must be made in the name of an individual. Entries cannot be sold or otherwise transferred.
By entering this sweepstakes, all entrants agree that this sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. All entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Florida with respect to any claims or controversies whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes, despite any other jurisdictions that may be available by reason of domicile or otherwise. Any claims brought outside of Orange County, Florida shall be dismissed without prejudice upon the request of The Favorite Hotels Collection and Elite Islands Resorts, and may be re-filed in the proper jurisdiction.
