AffordableONE INSURANCE Vacation Giveaway is a sweepstakes offered by AffordableONE INSURANCE through the Favorite Hotels Collection and Preferred Guest Resorts. The giveaway currently involves stays of two to four nights (depending on the destination) to one of three destinations.

The destinations include:

• A 5 day/4 night stay in a participating four-star resort in Costa Rica.
• A 4 day/3 night stay in a participating four-star resort in the Mexican resort destinations of either Cabo, Cancun or Puerto Vallarta. Sweepstakes winners will be notified of their choice of resorts.
• A 3 day/2 night stay in one of the following destinations of Las Vegas o, Myrtle Beach.

The Favorite Hotels Collection, is a d.b.a. of Internet Revenue Specialists, located at 3564 Avalon Park Blvd. East, Orlando, Florida 32828. Through a marketing agreement has enlisted Preferred Guest Resorts to provide fulfillment for AffordableONE INSURANCE Vacation Giveaways. Preferred Guest Resorts is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration Number ST37842.

The purpose of the sweepstakes is to show our appreciation for your business to our wonderful clients and future clients of AffordableONE INSURANCE. The sweepstakes is open to all persons 18 years of age and older who meet all residency and travel requirements.

By participating in the sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all of the sweepstakes rules and regulations set forth in this document. The sweepstakes is in no way affiliated with a time share solicitation. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS REQUIRED OR NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

This sweepstakes is governed by the “Official Rules” set forth in this document. By participating in the sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by these rules including all eligibility requirements. Entrant understands that the results of the sweepstakes, as determined by AffordableONE INSURANCE, fulfillment partners and its agents, are final in all respects. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. AffordableONE INSURANCE reserves the right to adjust or shut down the sweepstakes at any time.

The sweepstakes will feature one (1) of three (3) destinations listed above and offered on a 30-day continuous basis. Sweepstakes winners, may under certain circumstances, opt to substitute travel to another participating destination of Preferred Guest Resorts. Such substitutions are at the sole discretion of Preferred Guest Resorts. Each sweepstakes will begin at 12:01 a.m. EST and run for 30 days and end on 11:59 p.m. EST the 30th day.

Limit one entry form per family. All required fields must be complete in order to successfully enter the sweepstakes. Upon successfully registering, entrant will receive an email confirming your registration. All entrants must check the box that they have read and agree to comply with all the rules of the sweepstakes.

The prize winner will be selected electronically from a random drawing of all qualified entries by a representative of the Favorite Hotels Collection. The drawing will be conducted within 72 hours of the conclusion of the sweepstakes. The winner will be notified by telephone or by the email address on the entry form.

The prize will be awarded in the form of a letter from AffordableONE INSURANCE and a certificate for the winning destination which must be redeemed directly with the Favorite Hotels Collection/Preferred Guest Resorts, telephone 321-413 -3400, attention reservations.  The certificate is subject to all stated policies of the host resorts and Preferred Guest Resorts. Travel is and subject to blackout dates, availability controls, and seasonal surcharges. Any and all other considerations must be made directly with Preferred Guest Resorts. The winning certificate has no cash value, is not transferable but may be exchanged with other participating resorts in the Preferred Guest Resorts portfolio.

NOTE: ALL CERTIFICATES FOR INTERNATIONAL RESORT STAYS ARE SUBJECT TO A DAILY FOOD AND BEVERAGE SURCHAGE. Preferred Guest Resorts will be happy to explain those to you at the time of booking your getaway.

If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the sweepstakes administrator within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize.

The laws of the United States govern this sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This sweepstakes is not to be used in connection with any form of gambling. The prize winner is responsible for all state and federal income taxes and all other fees and surcharges of whatever kind, including, but not limited to shipping of prizes, applicable to his or her prize.

Except where legally prohibited, the prize winner grants permission for AffordableONE INSURANCE, and their advertising and promotional agencies, and those acting under the authority of each, the right to use the prize winner’s name and/or likeness in perpetuity for advertising and/or promotional purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the world wide web, without notice, review, approval, or additional compensation.

Delivery and use of the prize is subject to the prize winner's completion of all documentation required by law or otherwise required by AffordableONE INSURANCE.

By entering this sweepstakes and/or using any prize, entrant agrees: (1) to release Affordable One  Insurance and the Favorite Hotels Collection, the independent firm responsible for registering and selecting the winner, paid consultants to AffordableONE INSURANCE and Preferred Guest Resorts, their respective owners, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, members, agents, and assigns from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind associated with participation in this sweepstakes or with acceptance and use of any prize; (2) to receive phone, email and mail solicitation from AffordableONE INSURANCE and Preferred Guest Resorts, and paid consultants to AffordableONE INSURANCE and Preferred Guest Resorts, even if otherwise listed on a do-not-call list or other similar list; and (3) to be bound by these rules and any decisions of AffordableONE INSURANCE and the Favorite Hotels Collection, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, and paid consultants to AffordableONE INSURANCE and Preferred Guest Resorts, relating to participation in the sweepstakes, selection of winners and awarding of prizes, whose decisions are final.

Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. AffordableONE INSURANCE, the Favorite Hotel Collection and Preferred Guest Resorts has the right to investigate possible cheating or tampering before determining a winner.

If the conduct or outcome of the sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of AffordableONE INSURANCE and the Favorite Hotels Collection, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, or paid consultants to AffordableONE INSURANCE and Preferred Guest Resorts, reserve the exclusive right to terminate this sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as it deems appropriate.

AffordableONE INSURANCE and the Favorite Hotels Collection, the independent firm responsible for selecting the winner, or paid consultants to AffordableONE INSURANCE and Preferred Guest Resorts, are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, postage due, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entry applications, which will be disqualified and destroyed. The authorized account holder of the email address used when entering will be deemed to be the entrant. All entries must be made in the name of an individual. Entries cannot be sold or otherwise transferred.

By entering this sweepstakes, all entrants agree that this sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. All entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Orange County, Florida with respect to any claims or controversies whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes, despite any other jurisdictions that may be available by reason of domicile or otherwise. Any claims brought outside of Orange County, Florida shall be dismissed without prejudice upon the request of AffordableONE INSURANCE and Preferred Guest Resorts and may be re-filed in the proper jurisdiction.
